Ana Rosa began selling tacos and flautas
out of her home over 15 years ago.
Her popularity grew rapidly and she hired a few ladies ,who’s passion and talent for cooking made her small business very successful. Soon the business became too big for her home and she moved into a restaurant in a quaint part San Leandro.
The restaurant is now run by her son and the tradition is carried on through her original recipes that made Ana Rosa so famous.
